Teledyne Optech Holding Free Workshop at GEO Business

Teledyne Optech is pleased to announce that it is displaying its latest airborne and terrestrial lidar solutions for acquiring accurate geospatial data at GEO Business 2017 in London on 23-24 May 2017, and is holding a workshop on survey efficiency with the Optech Galaxy.
Optech will be at booth L28 to explain the features of the Optech Galaxy high-performance lidar sensor, and how it can help you survey wide areas and rugged terrain efficiently, accurately, and cost-effectively. Come see Airborne Business Manager, Michael Sitar, demonstrate the efficiency of Galaxy and its patent-pending SwathTRAK technology at 14:00 on 23 May in Room 5.
Anyone looking for greater efficiency in smaller project areas and corridor applications can also get insight into the Optech Eclipse. This is the first airborne collection system that tightly integrates both passive and active imaging sensors with fully autonomous data collection on low-cost platforms, eliminating the need for an in-air operator.
Optech Titan will be demonstrated on how it uses three separate channels to survey shallow coastal waters efficiently and create multispectral maps of land-based targets all in a single flight. If you are interested in surveying deeper in turbid waters drop by the booth to hear more about the industry-leading Optech CZMIL Nova.
Finally, attendees can also learn about the Optech Polaris Terrestrial Laser Scanner, a powerful new instrument that excels at both indoor and outdoor applications with its 1600-m maximum range, 500-kHz maximum PRF, and 360° FOV. Its automated interface makes surveying easy even for untrained operators, and its comprehensive ATLAScan processing software delivers refined data products in the field or at the office. The booth will also feature our innovative lidar/camera mobile mapper system, the Optech Maverick, which is so light operators can mount it on a backpack and survey in many locations inaccessible by vehicles.
